Thanks for the kind words, OP, and it is  always my pleasure to be able to help others.

Now, I am not trying to defend BC here, but from the talk I have with two contact of mine [as a reminder, they're on the higher ups of the chain on each of their divisions], I can understand BC's side. And interestingly, both insight come from different perspectives, as each of those contact are from different division and see and weight their decision from different POV.

At least you're winning some and got some fun during those wager accumulation?

I do understand the need for internal consistency and choices being weighted differently across divisions. It's just difficult to swallow when so much time and energy were put into this, especially when the rules that led to the restriction weren't evident or clear along the way.

I cannot say I'm "winning" in the end it's a bitter pill to swallow but I'm nonetheless thankful for the experience and your representation. Hopefully there's still a possibility, however slight, that one of those divisions reaches an equitable solution. In any case, thank you again for all you've done.

As per our latest explanation, we are afraid that the decision is final and we can not meet you with the proposal you relay to us. If we may repeat, the call was made by our provider and we can not overturn this.

And though the proposal sounds like an ideal way to meet you as our player in the middle, we also can not give in to it in concern that it will set a bad predicament for future cases where other players will request similar exceptions.

We understand this is hard to accept, but unfortunately the decision is once again final and we can not grant any of the points you propose as alternative.

This is our final say in the matter.

Uufff... yeah, this will be awkward, but the one reviewing your case is actually already "someone more senior", though I believe not from that department mentioned by BC.Game Support. Zero intention to brag, but my contacts are all on the higher ups of BC.

This specific "senior" already informed me that they can't lift the restriction as it is placed by a whole different body. I guess upon our counter-proposal yesterday, they also tried to negotiate with the promo division to find the best outcome for you, but the fact that BC send their support account to address the matter themselves usually means the decision is --unfortunately-- final.

Don't get me wrong, I'm really hoping that we can get a happy ending here, I really wished that they'll make an exception or some sort of compensation [I was thinking "transferring" your progress to other promo], but as said above, the staff who I handed your case is on the higher ups of their division, and the fact that BC send their support account to address here means they stand firm. I can reach someone else with similar "clearance", give or take, but it will mostly end with similar result.

It is a known practice for higher-ups of divisions to not intervene something from time to time to avoid power-abuse. I know at least two casinos highest-up who choose not to overturn a division's call in order not to abuse their power and respect the division's authority.

You can do what they suggested, though, participate in other games, they seemed to have endless promotion. Just... maybe not sport?

I had completed almost 60% of the wagering requirements for the $4,437 bonus before my ability to place sports bets was restricted.
As it is no longer possible for me to continue wagering on sports, I kindly ask if one of the following alternative solutions could be considered, instead of forfeiting the bonus entirely:
-A partial cash-out based on the amount of wagering already completed.
-Conversion of the remaining bonus into free spins with fair terms.
-Granting an extension of access only to complete the wagering requirement.
-Offering a one-time settlement amount as a goodwill resolution.
-Any other solution you find reasonable to recognize the progress already made and avoid full loss.
I have made significant effort towards meeting the original terms, and I sincerely hope for a positive and fair outcome.

Well, it's actually not up to me, I'm not the decision maker, just... someone facilitating a communication between them and casinos, but let me try to reach them again with above request and try to persuade them a little, see if they'll have  a change or heart. Don't hold your breath, though.
I appreciate you at least forwarding my request to the relevant team.
If any reconsideration is possible, even a small goodwill settlement, I would be truly grateful.

It's not a good idea to ask them to try your other bonuses/promotions. You guya just accused him of exploiting the odds which ia considered as rules violation and you guys limited him. Now, you are inviting him to try other promos. What if your other provider ask you freeze his account because of another unknown rule. We don’t know what the odd explosion is, you guys don’t even tell people anything about it. BC game is known for being a terrible casino when it comes to bonus and support.

That’s exactly the point: I never got a clear explanation, and I’ve been completely genuine throughout. Being told to try other promos after getting limited like this doesn’t feel right, especially when I’ve already done so much of the wagering properly.

Our staff has escalated the matter to our bonus and promo team and your request to complete the remaining wager through casino games are unfortunately not feasible as the rule of the promo is to complete the wager through sports bet.

They've actually told me that the only option is, unfortunately, only to cancel the progress [namely, you just let it voided as the time runs out] as they can't overrule the decision made by the provider. I personally believe the chance is very slim that I can talk them into allowing an alternative fulfillment through casino betting, but I'll try. Don't hold your breath, though.

I've inquired and they told me that they'll try to escalate this to the department handling it [well, all they said is "our team", so I actually have no idea which department this is that need to be convinced] and give their best to propose the alternative of fulfilling your wager. One thing to stress though, even they also told me that they can't promise much.

I'll update once I hear from them, shouldn't be long, as I told them that we're running with a timer here, so they reached whichever department handling the plea right away.

First, I want to sincerely apologize if it came across as though I was trying to make the casino look bad that was never my intention. When I read the terms, I understood them as requiring a 10x wagering requirement, but I didn’t realize that the 50% contribution rule applied and wasn’t clearly mentioned in the bonus main terms at the time.

I really appreciate holydarkness for stepping in and spending time trying to help clarify and possibly resolve this. As Zwei pointed out, I received inconsistent responses from live support, which genuinely made me think it was a system/back-end issue. That’s why I kept asking not out of bad faith, but confusion and concern.

Regarding the issue of odds exploitation, I want to emphasize that I am more than willing to provide any documentation or screenshots required to clarify my activity and intentions. I stand ready to be fully transparent and cooperative throughout this process.

Thanks everyone for trying to help I really appreciate it.

Even if the issue with partial bet counting is true, I still wouldn’t be able to finish my wagering. After I started asking support for clarification, I was blocked from placing any sports bets due to an alleged “odds exploitation,” which I didn’t do.

Now I can’t place any sports bets at all, and since the bonus is only valid for sports, I’m completely stuck. I reached out to support, but they told me they can’t help.

I’d be truly grateful if the bonus could be switched to another wagering method before it expires, because the deadline is approaching fast. Hello everyone,

I’d like to report a serious issue with BC.Game. I received the 200% LCFC New User Bonus, which required 10x wagering at minimum 1.5 odds. I followed all the terms carefully and finished the wagering as required.

However, the system still shows the bonus as incomplete, even though the support chat admitted I had completed the wagering. They asked me to wait 48 hours for it to reflect but it’s now been over 4 days with no update, and support has gone silent or copy-pastes vague replies.

I have proof:

Screenshots of my bets (all qualifying)

Chat logs from support confirming I completed the wagering

I believe this is unfair and misleading behavior from the operator. Players deserve better clarity and transparency.

I’m attaching screenshots below. I urge the community to be cautious and would welcome any advice on how to escalate this further.
