Has anyone had their issue resolved in the last 40 hours!?  Post if you HAVE received your funds or if bitinstant.com has resolved your issue.  Provide time/details so the rest of us can feel assured.



Dude, just read the thread. C'mon.

Obviously they are having issues and attempting to fix it. Just FYI i'm on the list for Today.

This Huge Influx Of New Business.
But that's still not an excuse, it's just the way it is.
Be patient, I sent a rant to customer support,
Eventually Charlie sent me a reply .
. In hours it was solved. But now I'm reluctant to send new business
To them for the fear of going through it again.
Unless I know that by using my user I D the fund transfer will not fail.
I personally speculate that this is volume / credit limit issue.
But it's most likley much more complex than that.
Remember that tin horn?

Crap...well it's reassuring i guess to see i'm not the only one.  I've been researching all day to find out WTF happened to my deposit.  Anyways, i made 3 deposits today, and 1 did not go through.

All the newbies talking about loans and leverage is making start to feel bearish.  Sorry guys, but "easy money" doesn't exist and when this thing turns around it will be all the leverage you idiots are putting on that will drive price to fall so quickly that you will be wiped out.
So I'm guessing you have sold, made a profit and now hoping
For a correction down to buy back in?

Nothing wrong with buy and hold tho.

Hey BitInstant,

I have two orders that have not yet been deposited into my Mt. Gox account. I used the account number on the top of the mtgox page instead of the one on the deposit page. Your website makes it seem like this is the correct one to use. Your page says "MtGox Account # (ex. M12345678X)" which is an example of the number at the top of the site.

Here are my two order numbers. Please get this fixed before bitcoins are worth even more. I have faith in you.

It is done.
After my deposit 3/27/13
Got a coupon code that worked
4/6/2013
Yes the funds didn't vaporize and that's good
However.....
I take the blame for It was I who entered
The merchant account number.
Bitinstants part,
 The first coupon code that did not work.
Why? Who knows perhaps I'll never know the
Truth.
It's now cleared up.
So to all who suffer and ended
Up here,
there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
And yes it's the exit
not a train.
Once the dust settles, hold on...
Have faith, it's going to get even crazier

Hey Ursay, I just did a 500 deposit to Mtgox using ZipZap>Walmart and I got 2 confirmation emails including one from bitinstant and one from zipzap, the bitinstant one said "We have made a direct deposit into your MTGox account and there is no need to use the coupon system on this order"

These 2 confirmation emails where recieved at 6:07, the ID says Order Confirmed, and the last event was Order executed - funds deposited at remote exchange at 7:29.

Heres my order ID:

I checked the Mtgox address and its correct, so I don't really see why else I haven't recieved it, I currently at 9:08 have $0.00 in my Mt. Gox account

I really really can't afford to lose this as this investment was entrusted with me.

You won't "lose" you investment.  BitInstant is not out to scam anyone.  Smiley

Thanks for providing so much info.  I'm escalating this issue to level 2 support.

just to clarify because I dont know if URSAY is till posting in this thread and I want to get this resolved ASAP.

I got this email 4 hours ago:

Hello xxxxxx,

Since you provided your merchant ID instead of your account name/number, you should be receiving a coupon code in your bitinstant order update email shortly. To Redeem your MTGox Coupon, Log on to https://mtgox.com/. Under 'Funding Options' click 'Add Funds'. In the drop down menu, choose 'Redeem MtGox Code' and paste that code in the field.

Hmmm that reassuring, maybe my code just never worked in the first place and was not sniped by someone on this forum after all. Who is to know I suppose...
i did not post that code on here, i tried to enter the code less than 3 hours after it was issued.
thats when my heart sunk and i arrived here.
