About this case BC support offered a $500 compensation for this trouble, which I didn't accept in time, and it seems to be gone now, because I didn't saw their proposal before I continued messaging on thread. In my opinion the bets during those technical issue should be voided. The total amount is $1456.74 during that period.

I have to choose between closing my account permanently and losing all the calendar bonus I was awarded, or keep my account open without any deposit or bet limitation
Solving this issue, would solve all the other pending issues because it happened before problem #1 and #2

So, if my account was closed due to my addiction, they should stick with the date they noticed it - 18 February or 24 February - voiding all transactions made after that.

On 29th February they replied that they can't find your username from the automatic email sent to them by AG. The detail was provided by the same day by the arbitrator and they're probably currently looking into it. After watching this video you might think that 1xBit refunds winning bets, but keeps loosing bet.

This statement is easily denied by the winning bet right at the start of the video.
In addition, these refunded bets were placed on the known outcome, which was already stated by the support team.
Those lost bets were cancelled and refunded due to the same reason - no one would place a loosing bet on a known outcome. His withdrawals he didn't show for some reason.

It's obvious that the player tries to delude and tarnish 1xBit, which is seen by the time of his bets. Is that normal taking 12 days to get an account closed?

Because when someone posts a negative against you, they have enough evidence to prove that you are trying to cheat with that user. So try to do business in the right way, then no one will say anything negative against you.

Does your defense doesn't have anything to do with the fact that you're using their signature? Because that's hypocritical if you think about it.

Scams on this forum is never been tolerated or highly frown upon on this place

Even if I'm being accused that I violated any rule, 1xbit violated before not closing my account on my request so it makes no sense sorry.

We will ask our security team to check if there was an account closure request made from the email connected to the 1xBit account that wasn't blocked yet.

I didn't request any refund in case you didn't notice. I just requested my account to be closed and it was denied to me ignoring my request by 12 calendar days.
