These users were betting a fixed match, which naturally we do not tolerate whatsoever.

Now they've taken the immature action of slandering Shuffle across forums.

This isn’t because of anything Shuffle has done—it’s the result of retaliation from sports scammers we’ve been cracking down on.

These are people who’ve been trying to exploit Shuffle’s sportsbook. We’ve taken firm action against them, and instead of accepting it, they’ve started to lash out by flagging us across forums like the Bitcoin Forum and Trustpilot. We understand this comes with the territory, but expected when we’ve taken a harder line after a long period of showing leniency.

It is of course frustrating for us to see as it is damaging to Shuffle’s image. We've been putting in a lot of work to cut down the ways that sports scammers can abuse our sports book, and while they’ve been getting louder, we’re taking a hard line to ensure there’s no incentive to abuse Shuffle.

At the end of the day, nothing changes for our genuine players and our community.

Shuffle’s focus is and always will be on running a fair, transparent casino and sportsbook that people can actually trust. That’s what matters, and that’s what we’ll keep pushing for.

I’ve been a regular sports bettor with Shuffle for the past five months (VIP account), mainly focusing on high-stakes live betting. Last week, I experienced a significant losing streak, but in my most recent session, I managed to recoup nearly all of those losses.

When I attempted to withdraw my winnings on Monday, I noticed that my withdrawals were marked as “under review.” No response to my e-mails, apart from the typical one: Our Compliance team is scheduled to review your account and the documents you have provided manually. We will message you once we have an update or if any additional information or documents are required.

Re: Trouble with access to crypto deposits on shuffle.com

New to this site. I had no where else to turn to. Dealing with shuffles live chat is a nightmare users ndumm and little mouse are able to help. I feel pretty lucky they have been responsive here on this forum, and I’m hoping to get this matter resolved. I did message them both and awaiting replies. Hoping I don’t end up like some of the horror stories I’ve been reading about with shuffle . If anyone can get Their attention for me to this thread that would be awesome.

Well if you are seeking help the least you should do is explain the problem in here so people know what's it's actually about, don't you think?
I'm sure LM will try to help you but I really don't understand why you would publish a thread with basically no information whatsoever.

In the subject I mentioned “trouble with access to crypto deposits in shuffle.com” . I sent crypto to shuffle wallet address , I can even see on the blockchain that it did send a was received by shuffles wallet. I do not know why they havnt credited my account . Their live chat is 0 help.

Hey there, my name is Tim and I lead the Shuffle Customer Support team. I can see you haven't responded to our team's questions asking for things like the TX hash so there wasn't much we could follow up here.

LM reached out with the TX ID and I can see you made a large deposit and it was credited to your Shuffle account correctly. I can also see you wagered the funds and lost this on sports betting.

If there's anything else I can do to assist, please let me know.

It's quite obvious that this user's KYC does not belong to this person.

Also note we have matched the exact same IP address used across accounts. We have also tracked this user on-chain, interacting multiple Shuffle account wallets.

Ser, we have seen many brand new/newbie accounts come here and go, accusing different Bitcoin casinos and services as "scams" because there was an actual issue in their accounts. Some issues were resolved, but there were some issues that weren't, BUT there's one FACT that always stays - Shuffle is NOT a scam.

Some individuals may say it has "poor customer service", and that may or may not be true, BUT accusing it of being a scam is simply NOT true.
Yeah. Shuffle is 100% legit for sure though their KYC policies are spotty these days just like several other crypto gambling sites. Their team already clarified in the thread that he is a multi-accounter though they didn't really provide any proof.

He did get his initial deposit back which is the silver lining for him and this particular case is pretty much done and dusted basically.

I understand it is not ideal to not show proof but please understand we don't post this kind of information publicly as it just encourages scammers to become more sophisticated and subvert our detection systems. We do work with platforms like Casinoguru as mediators to get to the bottom of such matters. But the recent case was pretty cut and dry that he was abusing our platform. We take the transparency and integrity of Shuffle extremely seriously and we wouldn't put our reputation at stake over a few thousand dollars. We only take action on scammers accounts where we're 100% certain that abuse is taking place.

We have identified this user as a multi-accounter through the use of multiple verification methodologies. Initially, one of their accounts was limited on the advice of our provider. Subsequently, the account “Jadens” was created in an attempt to circumvent these limits and continued to engage in abusive sports betting activity (this is unrelated to casino play). This is a clear violation of Shuffle's Terms of Service.

Additionally, the user submitted multiple KYC documents across these accounts, none of which were issued by the country they claimed to be residing in. As a result, we are not permitting the player to continue using our platform. We have allowed them to withdraw their initial deposit, but we will not be honouring winnings that were gained through abusive behaviour.

BTW, I'm watching Goobr in the stream.

Found sound interesting, about loss back. Do we have these kind of things in SHUFFLE ? If yes, what rank and how much percentage and what the time counte like weekly/monthly for the lossback

Or these is just streamer deal stuff

Hey guys - Tim from Shuffle here.

We do provide a lossback-type bonus to all players but its called 'Recent Play Bonus', you get it each time you level up (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Jade etc.). This bonus is based on any losses you may have incurred in that previous level (when you reach Gold, we'll run your stats while you were Silver and give you a bonus based on that). There is also a base amount we give players, so even if you're in profit, you will still get this bonus, albeit smaller.

Otherwise, losses are strongly factored into the Weekly Bonus (every Thursday at 11 am UTC) and the Monthly Bonus (every Friday at 12 am UTC).

The above is standard for all players. If you are signed up under an affiliates' code or have a VIP post, your bonus structure might be a little different.

Any other questions, let me know!

I understand it's been over a week since you made this comment, and looking at the price of $SHFL right now, i regret to say that it has dumped over 20% in the last 7 days, I've had this token on my watchlist for a while now and I almost bought some of it last week, but i don't know what I could say made me change my mind and decided I will wait a bit more before buying, and checking the price on coinmarketcap today, I saw it has dropped over 20% since that last week.

What could be causing the dump, is this as a result of bitcoin losing some value after it's new all time high or what?
And I also don't know if this is a good time to buy or is there possibilities that the price can still dump further in the coming weeks as well, any good insight and analysis on this token will be greatly appreciated.
Perhaps investors read before investing that they have increasing problems with withdrawals. Especially since it is not very easy to explain why they do not pay out money. If a client has made a multi-account with them - there are no problems, but if you win - it is fraud.
The market always reacts at least in some way.
They are not extremely powerful enough to constantly grow regardless of customer issues.

That is not true. As with all operators, we have to take steps to protect ourselves from people who try and scam us.

If you are not scamming, your withdrawal will be instant.

Suggestion for SHUFFLE team.

I think would be great to set up limit more higher for "Requst Statistic". It's only 1 time request/days, I think would be great the limits at least 5 time request/days just like Stake. That's would be great.

Thank you, by the way having a good weeks. Currently waggering over 90,000$ on SHUFFLE, Rank up from Bronze - Gold and curious how much weekly for me hahaha.

Noted. I’ll pass that on to our Product Managers. If I recall correctly, when they built the feature, the concern was around the resource load from potentially thousands of users spamming the "request stats" button.

********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

And just a quick note on withdrawals, since I can see it’s been a point of discussion:

We only hold withdrawals in cases where we are extremely confident there is scamming or abusive behaviour. Simply having multiple accounts is not inherently abusive. If you speak to us via Customer Support and let us know that you've created more than one account, we’ll close the extras and allow you to withdraw. The issue arises when multiple accounts are used to exploit promotions or hide activity.

TL;DR: We will never withhold a player’s access to their funds or account unless they are scamming/abusing.

I believe there's probably the same sort of complaint towards the casino in your signature, no? Cool

But no casino is perfect. Plus the actual point, and the FACT of the matter is, even though casinos like Shuffle or RollBit made some mistakes - debatably - or take a longer time than average to fix some issues, they are definitely NOT scams like what that eltigre777 person claims.
I found this casino on Bitcointalk and tried it. Then now I have problem with them and after search on Casino Guru I see a lot of cases "money frozen for 2-3-4 weeks". If it's not scam... I hope they will pay at least after month.

Can you provide your Shuffle username and I'll look into it.

We typically only delay withdrawals if there are integrity concerns with your account, flagged by our provider. This is standard for the industry. 99.9% of transactions are processed instantly.

Please also check my account, my username is "faichin" and I opened a post about this, exactly what the complaints about this casino describe is happening to me, this cannot be standard.

Hello.
I really appreciate your attention. It's good that I remembered my post here and checked to see if there was anything new going on. I'm still waiting for the payout and sometimes check my email and Shuffle for new messages (nothing).

I guess it's obvious that Noah is trying to mock Kick.com from Stake.com, its like Shuffle.com for Punch.com. Punch vs Kick. I guess punch is more powerful than kick.

That’s some big brain April fools thinking right there, lol. But why not, right? This is possible. The idea is there and it seems like a smart move for competition in gambling industry.

If they want to compete it means burning money and we know that to catch up requires a more budget the question is are they ready to spend the money? I think if they really want to compete they should take another idea if there are no interesting ideas then it will end up in April fool. Shuffle.com does have some features but some of them are adopted from other casinos, which means when I use the features like Lottery then I will remember other casinos that offer first features like Rol***. Shuffle has a budget of SHFL tokens so they can make something new and as gamblers we will enjoy whatever is better.

It was an April fools joke. We have no intention of setting up a streaming platform.

many people having issue I dont want they are scamming but people write reviews negative about withdraws
Never believe or trust review trust pilots.

If you want to take a look some feedback and review, go to casino guru. You see how much case are being opened on there, how the casino response, and how much the case is being solved.

They moderated the review, so you got a good DD on there.
Are you the one who decides what we should believe or not? Why should I believe you? They still haven't paid me my money."

I'm from Shuffle and I can't find an account with your username.

We only hold / review withdrawals when we have a strong case to believe you were engaging in abusive gameplay. Withdrawals for genuine players are near-instant.

Hope this info helps.
