Sorry to double post but my previous post was shortlived, as I have been able to verify via the different email, so far so good.

Sorry about that and thank you for your help, I edited my post in case anyone comes across it
In such a case, you should edit your other post and not write a new post.

But basically it is of course very good that you have now received the mail and hopefully there will be no more problems and that you can now carry out the verification properly.

However, it would still be interesting to know why you had to change your email address. Perhaps the support team can give you more information here?

Edit: this has now been resolved and zero problems with withdrawal and still playing on site

It seems others are having no issues getting verification replies, another guy I know got an email back within an hour, and when I messaged them on a different email I got a reply back in 20 minutes then silence. Rebelneo their rep in the thread has been helping push it but seems brick wall from their side.

Not sure what I can even do from here, this is the response I get from the support chat, and the reply from my other email in linked images, and I am unable to send another email from my proton which is my sign up email due to their spam filter ( I have emailed twice a week apart )

I have messaged support quite often and it's just the same, I have no idea if it's an issue with my email but I got my last email bounced back on spam suspicion associated with yandex, so it seems the first ones sent

Those of you who have verified and are able to withdraw from. 1win, what was the time frame like getting verified and trying to contact them via email?

I can't speak to my experience yet as I tried to withdraw two days ago and have now been directed to the security email team, which I'm assuming will ask and get kyc done.

What I don't really understand is why such a round about way to verification? It's the first thing I do at a casino so there is no confusion, but there is no place to do it on site, and probing the chat didn't help either until I brought up my withdrawal.

And for what it's worth I take no notice of any post about scamming etc with zero proof. Only had issues with 1-2 places over a long time period and many of these supposed "scams" are the most reliable to me lol.

I hope these things will go well. I will be monitoring your case. Feel free to message me anytime I set up my settings to receive messages coming from newbies. I'm positive that you'll receive your money as long as you comply with all requirements.
Next week I can go directly to support so I can ask questions directly; we are just fixing something rearding support here in Bitcointalk.

Roughly how long does the security email usually take to respond? it's coming up on 2 days since I emailed and still no response.

I don't see much posting about this casino but I've been playing here mostly sportsbetting and it's been really good, verification no issues, withdrawals no issues although I inevitably got limited after winning but I understand that is standard for bookies if you're winning.

I was reviewing cases and quite surprised that this one was not resolved yet [actually, I am more surprised on how do I missed updates about this case]. I see that JeromeTash raised a type-1 flag against them... I think OP can raise a type-2 or 3 considering the situation.

Anyway, I am marking this thread as unresolved on my list, and supporting the flag.

Yes no word from them at all. How would I go about doing that?

Raising a type-2 [or type-3] flag? Or to support Jerome's flag?

To support his flag, simply click the link and press "support", and then "confirm".

To raise your own flag, the shorter explanation will be to simply click this link and everything else is self-explanatory. Type-2 is the implied agreement and type-3 is the written contract. You can choose whichever you see fit.

The longer explanation:

  • Go to their trust page, accessible from their profile
  • Scroll down to the "New Feedback" section
  • In line with the "Negative", at the end of it, there is a link to "add a flag"
  • Choose which flag you want to raise
  • You'll need three DT's support for type-2 and type-3 flag to be active, and one DT's support for type-1

Note that a flag can not be deleted. You can read more about flag here, and ask for a support/opposition for that said flag here.

Awesome thanks

This situation seems dead so I hope this will show up on Google for anyone else who comes across this bookie.

Five-Month $$$ Marathon Grin Grin Grin

I wish it would be 5 months lol. Not got any hope now.
.
I think they have finally scammed you and they have abandoned the case. Last time they told they will update here but after that they are npt doing which they have told. So  undoubtedly they are a proven scammer. Everyone should avoid such a scam gambling site at any cost.

Yes this unfortunately seems to be the case. Unfortunately I cannot find forums talking about this casino on any other website forum, maybe just Persian corners of the internet.

Yes, and we will share the information and reasons here for other users to know whats going on so please wait for results Thank you.
It's now over a month again and this guy has never come back here to update on the situation. If they were so confident that OP is a scammer, it should have taken about 24 hours to bring up an update. Something seems fishy here. I don't like to mess up people's accounts with negatives, but It looks like I may have to update my feedback from neutral to negative.

I expect they just letting this blow over, but I'm going to keep the thread updated.
Isn't this over 3 months now?

As I promised, I am leaving them a negative tag. They can't just promise coming to a resolution, and then they log out leaving the customer painfully waiting with no hope or even deadline.

If it isn't it's extremely close. I think their strategy is to just ignore and hope I don't update.

Their representative gave their... explanation after a long wait, said it's been closed for a while, yet their live support said they're still following-up the case the day before the post was made. And upon being asked of more details, they went back to "re-check and try to fix". So yeah, very... confusing.
I became first confused when came to know they came to a solution on a case after 5 months. And no I am confused whether the case will be resolved positively or not. I do not know the reason for such happening. But I think they have
#not sufficient fund
# Trying to scam people by taking a long time
# Their system is not enough good to check whether it is perfect or not
# Their customer service does not have enough credentials to check and make a solution might have other reasons but I am not aware of that.

Yeah still no real update, had some faith seeing another user get his funds after 5 months but given the replies here seems just going to keep it in lingo.

Gambling sites may ask for time to solve any misdeeds which they can't solve immediately. In this case, there is no way except to be patient. But the site you have accused is not familiar so I am confused about whether you will get any good solution or not,
To give you a full understanding of what kind of service they are. This is one kind of casino that will make a client wait for a very long time without having their issue get resolved, and they will keep asking the person to be patient.
Even the most patient person eventually becomes patient, especially when it involves their money or when there is no deadline for the issue to get sorted out. This customer waited for 5 months for his KYC to get "verified", lol.
I have checked the link and I came to know the user who had created the post got the fund after 5 months of the thread created. So, I am confused about how long time they will take for the solution of these cases. The site seems to me nothing but time-wasting.

I'm just surprised they made it right after 5 months. Crazy timeframe.
