Hi... Everything went well, my account was released and my withdrawal was paid after opening a complaint on cassinoguru and sending an email to compliance@rollbit.com.

First, we will need some proof to substantiate the accusation. Otherwise, the case will have to be marked as "invalid" on my list due to the lack of supporting evidence.

Second, may I ask on which other platform have you raised this matter? Like, perhaps on Rollbit's twitter-X? Reddit? Other forums?

Their ratings on CasinoGuru have dropped to below average. I am not sure if the marketing department and customer support of the casino is looking at this, but now would be a good time to put things in order before it's too late.
It would be very sad to see the reputation they once built go down to waste just like that, due to unattended accusation. There was a representative who used to be active here but now doesn't seem to come back to respond to issues anymore.

I've had a talk with Razer few days ago regarding their absence on the forum and them addressing accusations against their platform. Razer basically explained to me that they're currently trying a new method where they "funnel" the cases into one line, namely their compliance team. This was due to that players who reported here usually also reported on other platforms [hence my question to OP on my previous post] and it created a situation where Rollbit staff has to attend to multiple channel simultaneously.

So, they tried this approach where complainants can write an email to their team, where they'll address it there and only there, and when it got resolved [and suppose it's needed] they'll make a follow up on the other platforms where the complainant raise their complaint that the situation has been cleared. Accordingly, following this new attempt, Razer also told me that Rollbit has significantly expanded their compliance department so they can handle, uhh... flood of complaints.

I've got his blessings to relay and explain this new method Rollbit tried to the players who raise their complaints here and redirect them there.

Ive been using rollbit for a few months, processed thousands in deposits and withdrawals, fully verified account up to level 4
Today support asked me to list my other rollbit accounts - but I never had any alternative rollbit accounts, used my account on basically daily basis for a while.
Any suggestion on how can I help them fix it quickly, Im sure its some sort of a bug on their end
Maybe try customer care support or raise a complaint in this forum (scam accusation board) or other platforms like casinoguru/ ask gamblers. Sometimes, the claims turn out as a false positive


If you are genuinely innocent. Fight for your money and try to prove that you are innocent. Maybe your account was false flagged.
Yeah, many have had similar issues which in the end, it turned out that the account was wrongly flagged.
And also worthy of note is the fact that sometimes, this whole accusation of the user operating more than one account may likely be coming from a bot that's been programmed to give such reply at any slightest slightest suspicion.

What I did suggest as well is, first step, do not take such accusation serious so you should not panic over it so long you are sure that you are innocent.
Secondly, proceed to creating a complaint about the issue in the scam accusation board, this will move the casino representative on this forum to react fast to the issue and see how it can be solved.

So they actually unlocked my account within a few hours, but I really hated the experience, as the first support lad told me he will only help me, when I decide to be truthful !

Well, sorry about the whole experience, it is what it is but be happy that the issues has been resolved amicably without them further wasting your time and possibly holding your funds hostage.

Rollbit is still a very good casino regardless of the issues and experiences they make some of their users go through due to their erroneous assumptions or presumptions, one thing that is certain is that no business anyehere is 100 percent perfect with out any form or flaws or what some may refer to as con, and maybe the flaw of Rollbit is often assuming users are operating multiple accounts when they are not.

Lets believe this is an error from their flagging system and hope they give it a proper fix soonest, so that this doesn't end up dainting their reputation.

I hope so, that's why I went to the forum, because on the website in the chat they keep asking me to list other accounts all the time. I'll wait to see if they solve the problem.

I created an account a few days ago and started betting on sports. I won some money and withdrew $299 USDT. I got paid normally, so I continued playing. I went to log in and when I clicked on sports, the message "Sportsbook is not enabled for this account" appeared. I was shocked. I contacted them and they sent me the following message in the chat: "Please list the other accounts you have on Rollbit."
I do not have and have never had any other accounts other than this one. I have a balance of $668 USDT that I won playing sports and now I can't bet or withdraw.
I don't understand why you keep asking me to list other accounts when I don't have any.
Can anyone help me? Thanks!

Maybe you’re right or perhaps you have something fishy going on but one thing is clear, the system wouldn’t act without a prompt requiring it to do so.

It’s rather pleasing that if truth is established in the case, it gets resolved easily so, yours isn’t any different and the casino isn’t exactly after restricting you from making withdrawals but to ensure safe gambling and gambling within it’s terms of service.

Hello, I'm being very honest about this, I don't have any other accounts, and I really don't know why it's asking me to list more accounts when I only have one. I even tried to resolve it directly through the website's support chat, but it just keeps telling me to list other accounts, but honestly I don't have any other accounts.

It amazes me that every single report in the past weeks included the same ridiculous message from rollbit, "Please list the other accounts that you have on Rollbit." . Can't they just be upfront with the players, tell them what the problem is and find a solution.
Like I have said before, several accusations like this recently have been resolved because rollbit admited to the customer that they made a mistake. Yet every week it happens again and again.
Why would somebody created multiple accounts to possibly circumvent sports limits when you can place bets anywhere, also at better odds. And of course any single report lately didn't have 1 official reply from a rollbit rep, classic. At some point something needs to be done about this.

Very strange indeed, looking on Google I saw several people in the same situation as me, I don't know why this is happening, as I only have one account, I hope everything works out.

Hi, Rollbit is scamming me. I created an account a few days ago and started betting on sports. I won some money and withdrew $299 USD. They paid me normally, so I kept playing. I went to log in and when I clicked on sports, the message "Sportsbook is not enabled for this account" appeared. I was shocked. I contacted them and they only sent me the following message in the chat: "Please list the other accounts that you have on Rollbit."

I don't have and never had any other account other than this one. I have a balance of $699 USD that I won playing sports and now they don't want to pay me. The thing is, my account is verified.

I don't understand why you keep asking me to list other accounts when I don't have any.
