The 1st deposit promo says the turnover is 15x the bonus but it is about 45x the bonus. Also you state there is no KYC, but I had to perform KYC. My account was verified, but after I initiated a withdrawal, now my account is not verified. I thought withdrawals were instant, why is my withdrawal pending ? You can see these discrepancies in the screenshot linked below. Please assist me in resolving these issues Timothy.

I completed the KYC process and I completed the 90x bonus+deposit wagering requirements (I figured I might as well try since the money was lost anyway, if I didn't complete them). When I tried to withdraw, the system says I need to do KYC. I have e-mail confirmation that my account passed KYC and was verified. This is all documented in the screenshot linked below. This site is a full on scam site.

this isn't looking for them, and from the looks of it, it seems like they are doing the best they can to not pay you out. it would be nice if their representative could reply on this thread and perhaps provide some more information as to why this is happening.

I saw that you have posted on their thread but I'll pm their representative just in case.

also, have you tried re-doing their KYC after receiving the KYC notification?
No, I have not tried re-doing the KYC. They use the Sumsub verification system (which I passed KYC with), so it should be on record within Sumsub anyway.

Full on scam site. Won't process withdrawal request despite completing 90x(b+d) turnover and passing KYC (recall that they falsely claim in the 1st post of the thread you don't even need to do KYC if you use cryptocurrency to withdraw). This is all documented and shown in the screen shot below:

50x rollover is crazy, 90x is insane. Your bonus terms shouldn't be allowed to change after your deposit.
As far as I'm concerned, I completed the turnover requirements of 50xbonus, which were the terms under which I chose to activate the bonus. I will not make any more spins with the 143.51 euros balance that sits stagnating on their site. Eventually my account will go dormant and they will have successfully stolen my deposit and the bonus amount which should have been released after 50x (4500 euros turnover [50*90 bonus amount]) was achieved, for a total successful theft of 143.51 euros by these cheats.

It's also a bit funky they include the deposit amount in the bonus rollover amount even though the rules clearly state:
"Bonus must be wagered 50x ( Roll Eyes) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn" . Bonus is bonus, deposit is deposit, they are 2 different things.
Exactly sir. I pointed this out in the ANN thread as well:

In particular:

If you want a good laugh, even now their bonus terms state that it is 90x bonus and not 90x (bonus+deposit). You may want to hurry for your laugh though, if you decide to look, since they may change it to 90x bonus plus deposit after reading this post:

This scam site has now changed the rollover to 90x, after I accepted the 50x terms. As you can see from my original post, it was 50x when I accepted the terms.

The thing is, do you have proof that they changed it afterwards? I tried to use waybackmachine but there is no old version of the terms unfortunately.
Changing the terms after people having deposited would be a really shady move if it was true. Actually there are some sites I would expect doing something like this and NW definitely is one of them. Without proof though it's hard to chose a side in this one.
Yes. Here are the original terms:

I'm a bit confused here because I just finished reading their bonus terms and it says the wagering requirement for the deposit bonus is 50x not 30x!
After depositing 30 euros, I accepted the 50x requirement. However when I looked at the turnover, they moved the goal posts and the system showed that I needed to do a 90x turnover of the bonus. Moreover, now the details of the 300% first deposit bonus now state that it is 90x since they changed it from 50x to 90x to cover their scamming.
Original 50x:
https://i.imgur.com/dhAxQXZ.png

Now 90x:https://nitrowinner.com/en/promotions/promotion/121
https://i.imgur.com/GKNSeI2.png

If you accepted the 50x 300% first deposit bonus, you get the fun surprise that the system requires a 90x turnover. But of course they had to change the terms of the bonus section to 90x since I had pointed out the error in my earlier post. I received an e-mail where they state that it is 90x (i.e. they won't honor their 50x obligation).

So they changed the wagering requirement after you took the bonus? From 50x to 90x? 50x is already higher compared to other bonuses but they did a bad practice if they changed the wagering requirement after player took the bonus.
90x is insane wagering requirement, but this is not the main case, they may reserve the right to change the terms but change the terms just after a player take the bonus is like a trap.
Good thing that you deposited small amount only and it seems that you decide to cancel the bonus, am I right? If is true, then it is good if there is an option to cancel the bonus because if there is no option to cancel the bonus, means that player is forced to be on the trap.
I would like to hear a reasonable explanation from OP, why did they change the wagering requirement?
Hi sir, here is what happened:
1) I read the 300% bonus details and it said 50x turnover of the bonus (as you know, you can refer to my screenshots in earlier posts and plainly see the original turnover terms of 50x)
2) I deposited 30 euros based on this information and claimed the 300% initial deposit bonus (which still said 50x)
3) Then, when I looked at the turnover meter after claiming the 300% welcome bonus it showed a 90x requirement while the bonus terms still said 50x
4) I wagered through to 50x figuring I could just point out the mistake and they would rectify it (they didn't).
5) Despite showing them the original 50x terms which I activated the bonus under, I received an e-mail from them stating it is 90x
6) After pointing it out, they changed the terms to 90x on the website
7) Also note that the terms of the bonus on the website still mistakenly say that only the bonus x 90 is the requirement, but the turnover meter reflects (bonus+deposit)x90, LOL. Same with their e-mail which I screen-shotted below - it says deposit plus bonus must be wagered 90x, when the bonus terms still say just the bonus must be wagered 90x

So, in summary, there are a lot of moving targets here from this casino. If they do not rectify the situation, I will have to classify this casino as a scam site. As you can see from the 90x requirement screenshot which shows the turnover progress meter (reflecting my 50x progress), if I cancel the bonus, I lose my whole balance, including the deposit ("cancel amount: 143.51 euros).

What happened::
Bonus Turnover requirements were supposed to be 50x the bonus (4500 euros =50*90 euros) but were instead 10796.40 euros. I deposited 30 euros for a 90 euro (300%) bonus

Hi, I was wondering why my 300% bonus turnover requirement was miscalculated. I deposited 30 euros, so my bonus is 90 euros. 50*90 is 4500 euros (50x bonus as shown below). But my turnover was calculated as 10796.40 euros. Please correct this situation (you can PM me for my username at your site). I tried e-mailing your support team but never received a response.

How long does account verification/KYC take ?
Thanks.

Have you just been asked for KYC and now you are waiting for approval from them or you are asking about it because you are going to do KYC later?
I cant find information on their terms page and AML policy page about how long they process KYC but normally in other casinos it is usually under 24hours.
They have live support IIRC, maybe the support can give you a better answer about your question.
It seems that Airbet official representative is still on holiday as he is not online since the last day of 2024.
I am asking about it so that I can get it before I attempt to deposit at this casino. I don't want to get free-rolled when it is time to withdraw with the reason "we could not verify your account, so we cannot process your withdrawal" or "we need to do KYC since you have exceeded our limit", etc.

There is nothing unusual about this, though. Verifying once does not necessarily mean you're off the hook from any identity verification because part of standard KYC/AML policies is constant monitoring so there could be cases where verification can be asked multiple times.
What are you even talking about? That's completely unusual. Requesting KYC repeatedly in a short period of time never happened to me and I have played in some of the best crypto gambling sites out there.
Forum member Potato Chips wrote that statement, not me.

But how do we fact check this without knowing the total number of players and the percentage of them who had the KYC card? I mean, 500 players running around the internet could still represent a very small number of their userbase. Pretty much why I never buy any "rare" claims cause it'd be hard to verify anyhow.
Posting here on Bitcointalk that I was asked for KYC twice within a month triggered a bonus hunting flag on my Jackbit account. It was claimed (here on bitcointalk) that I was asked for KYC the 1st time because Jackbit found 51 identical IP addresses. I was never told this was the reason for this first KYC request. And then, what was the reason for the 2nd KYC request less than a month later ? Only after my bitcointalk post, was it mentioned publicly on this forum why I was flagged for KYC the first time. I don't know how to fact check the per Capita KYC proportion - however, readers can draw their own conclusions based on what I wrote just before this sentence. I absolutely agree with you about not buying "rare" claims - just do KYC or play at a fully anonymous casino (Nitrobetting, etc.).

Not necessarily because members with account problems could be in PMs with representatives. TBH, I don't think most people would be overanalyzing a standard greeting a typical customer support does.
It's strange then that I was told my account was flagged at Jackbit in the public forum rather than by Bitcointalk PM if that were the case.

Yes, there is nothing to see here. People get verified and then must re-verify a month later all the time. Regardless, the issue being discussed here is that this casino claims KYC is rare when user experiences indicate otherwise.

bitcointalk username" on their replies and yours happen to be the same as your jackbit username. I wouldn't know you have the same one on jackbit had you never mentioned it.
To me, it seems that if I don't mention my username at Jackbit here at bitcointalk, and then I receive a message here on bitcointalk that my account over at Jackbit (that I have never mentioned the name of here) has been flagged, that they are implying that my username is the same here as it is over at Jackbit. How would they know who's account to flag otherwise (the flagging occurred after I made my post over here a couple days back) ?

By the way, if my account is flagged for bonus hunting, why are you still sending me promos ?
It's probably set to everyone or something.
Maybe it should be set to send it to people who aren't banned - just a thought.
