I usually deposit BNB, TRX, and USDT at casinos to try the games, and I did the same on Sunfirecasino. I saw that their deposit is automatic, and I don't think any specific coin deposit is manual. I can see that you are actually trolling them instead of helping them improve themselves.
As I said, they are a new casino and are still developing their platform. These are just their shortcomings, which they have to work on. You don't learn language from your mother's womb. They are building a product, and I hope they will make it more user-friendly over time.

Some casinos hold these for days, and it's normal to wait if the T&C work out in that regard.. If not, then compliance time it is, but before that, I doubt anything would be done to change the course.

In this case, SunfireCasino is a new casino that updates every week, so they kept their withdrawal system manual until next summer. The owner of this casino processes all the withdrawals one by one. Since he is the only person who releases the withdrawals, people may have to wait a few hours while he is away, especially at night, when I will be sleeping.
But I have seen worse scenarios where the players wait long for their withdrawals. I am glad that Sunfire is not a platform that keeps users in the dark without informing them of anything. I hope this makes sense.

I understand that you are a new casino and ou still have a lot of work ahead and a lot of improvements to make, but delays, especially in processing withdrawals, can be really frustrating, as you obviously have noticed.
So, implementing an automated payment system should be a top priority to improve the user experience and to gain your customers’ trust.
In the meantime, I believe it would be appropriate to add a notice on the withdrawal page informing users that withdrawals are processed manually, just to avoid confusion.

I want to answer this aswell. As of now our live-support will be avaiable from 1st september since we had a lot of requests for it, so yeah, none is answering it at the moment, this is the reason we did put that warning, meanwhile on telegram you can get support in a couple of seconds.
I see some people does not want to sign-up on telegram and I accepted this as a suggestion and we will shortly start having on-site support.

They should state in their terms and conditions that having a Telegram account is mandatory for customer support. If I had known this I would not have set up an account.
They do have live support on their website. Reaching their support via Telegram is not mandatory. Since they are still working on their live chat feature, you can try reaching them using Telegram if you do not have any problems using it. I was informed that your deposit was credited. As for your latest query, I would suggest again reaching out to their support. You must receive a promo code for the free spins if you received an email. Downloading Telegram and creating an account on it isn't that difficult, all you need is a phone number to do it. They are pretty active on Telegram, so you should try that option and you will probably get your problem solved quicker as said by @God Of Thunder.

When I tried to withdraw, the system says I need to do KYC. I have e-mail confirmation that my account passed KYC and was verified. This is all documented in the screenshot linked below. This site is a full on scam site.

50x rollover is crazy, 90x is insane. Your bonus terms shouldn't be allowed to change after your deposit.
As far as I'm concerned, I completed the turnover requirements of 50xbonus, which were the terms under which I chose to activate the bonus. I will not make any more spins with the 143.51 euros balance that sits stagnating on their site. The thing is, do you have proof that they changed it afterwards? I tried to use waybackmachine but there is no old version of the terms unfortunately.
Changing the terms after people having deposited would be a really shady move if it was true. Actually there are some sites I would expect doing something like this and NW definitely is one of them. Without proof though it's hard to chose a side in this one.
