GUYS I GOT MY MONEY FROM N.EXCHANGE TODAY CALL IT A MIRACLE THEY AREN'T SCAMMING.
Congratulations on getting your money back. But yes, they are scamming, it is called selective scamming. You are not the first user to get their money back from this exchange, there are a few users who have also successfully gotten their money back after a long time of waiting and putting pressure on them. Here is one user who had to wait 51 days until they got lucky:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5444187.msg62122216#msg62122216

There are so many scam accusations against this platform, so paying a few users does not suddenly clear their reputation. There are still so many users who have their money stuck there, and some of them have even given up on chasing it. It is as clear as daylight that no legitimate service operates the way N.Exchange does.

Coyster, we appreciate your expertise in deciding who is a scam and who is not, but let’s put some facts on the table.

N.Exchange has been operating for over 10 years. We’re not some fly-by-night project that disappears with funds - we’re still here, still processing hundreds of thousands of orders every year, and still working with regulated, public companies who trust us with their business.

Yes, there are cases where orders get delayed. And in every single one of those cases there’s a reason: exposure to OFAC, darknet, theft, or other red-flag activity that we thoroughly check with our partners from Chainalysis and Elliptic. In majority of cases we do pre-screen and we decline the creation of the order itself, but some of the orders fall through the cracks anyways. When that happens, we’re legally obliged to request KYC and in some cases escalate to authorities to verify if funds are tied to investigations. That’s not “selective scamming” - that’s called compliance.

The crypto industry has matured. AML/KYC procedures are everywhere, and if a user is trying to cut corners, hide their identity, or use fraudulent documents, it will show up. The majority of our customers have no issues and are processed within minutes. The minority of problematic cases make noise, but that doesn’t define us.

So, while your narrative might get clicks, the reality is simpler: we’re not going anywhere, we don’t play games with client funds, and our record speaks for itself.

Thank you for raising this to our attention. We will review the situation and provide a resolution within a reasonable time.

Each case can differ in complexity, and sometimes additional circumstances outside the standard process make it more difficult to resolve quickly. We appreciate your patience and the effort you have taken to complete the due diligence requirements.

Please rest assured that this case will be addressed.
Don't you think it's ridiculous that his case has been ongoing for 8 months, and your platform has been ignoring him? What could you be "investigating" that it has been 8 months and still not done, or even provide an update to the person having the issue with your platform?

We review every case internally. In some situations the matter is also handled by law enforcement or other authorities. When that happens, timelines are outside our control and we are legally limited in what we can share publicly or privately with the client. In rare cases, additional circumstances may prevent us from continuing direct communication, but this does not mean the case is being ignored.

We understand that from the outside it may appear as if nothing is happening, but these restrictions exist for security and legal reasons, not because we are ignoring cases.
Bold of you to continuously spout the same nonsense, i give that to you. It is either you don't read what everyone is saying, or you do and just make up your mind to follow the script that you have been giving.

Nobody is asking you to post anything sensitive, i know you still would read this and follow your script, but i'll reiterate. You can give your client updates here without posting any sensitive info. Take your time to read in this board, when reps of companies are actively trying to solve a case, they post updates on what's happening. All right, you don't wanna post them in the forum, how about contacting the customer privately. You are paid to defend, so your views will never change and i get that.

We understand the request for public updates. In cases that involve external authorities we cannot disclose details or provide play-by-play updates on a forum. That restriction exists to protect the integrity of the process and all parties involved.
We will continue any permitted communication through the verified support channel for the order and will post a general update here if and when we are legally allowed to do so.

What kind of support and quality are we talking about? You can't answer your client for 8 months
@Nexchange.co.uk is just paid to come here and defend what is left of their reputation, they know nothing about these cases and they cannot provide any update, not because of its sensitivity or legal reasons like they claim, but because they have absolutely no information about what is going on.

I hope at one point they decide to give your money back to you, but that is looking increasingly unlikely. There is no doubt that they are scammers, and i suspect Exodus are a part of this, because they can see all scam accusations against this platform, yet they route swaps through them.

Sadly, you are mistaken. The reason we cannot speak about specific cases on public forums is not because we lack information, but because of the following:

1. Some cases are under active law enforcement or legal investigation.
2. Certain wallet addresses may have direct or indirect exposure to illicit activities, including darknet markets.
3. In some situations, clients provide incomplete or faulty documentation that requires clarification.
4. We also must comply with strict AML and compliance rules, which often means communication must be handled privately to protect both the client and the investigation.

We understand that from the outside it may appear as if nothing is happening, but these restrictions exist for security and legal reasons, not because we are ignoring cases.

Just to clarify, my earlier message was not about the original 2023 case (which was resolved successfully), but about the recent reply in this thread. I do, however, appreciate your passion.

That said, as always, we will not discuss individual cases on public platforms or share sensitive data.

You guys are just scammers who operate their scam in collaboration with Exodus, which has been proven multiple times. The problem is that people don't know about your scam, which is why you guys are still getting customers. The negative feedback on your profile is well justified. I would support any flag against your scam platform. There is no reason to response in these threads if you cannot address them and cannot help resolve these cases. If you cannot solve it, why are you responding here?

For some time, our communication on public forums was limited, and we acknowledge that this may have contributed to misunderstandings about our platform.

This is exactly why we are making the effort to be more present here now so that we can clarify our position and provide accurate information. While we cannot resolve or discuss specific cases in public for security and legal reasons, we do want to make sure that people know they can always reach us.

We take feedback seriously, and improving communication is part of our commitment to transparency.

After providing KYC, documentation, passing the interview, The exchanger just started IGNORING me ABSOLUTELY everywhere, at the mail, on their website in the live chat.

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING WAS PROVIDED. I can confirm this, download all the correspondence from the mail for you.

They haven't responded to my emails for 8 months now
when I say the SWAP number in the LIVE chat, the operator simply leaves the chat, checked a dozen times (I can confirm)

Thank you for raising this to our attention here also.

I have checked internally with our team the situation, and this will be resolved in short period of time. Please let us know if the situation is resolved in next couple of days.

Generally speaking, in the process of checking a specific transaction delays can be because of different reasons. If you don't pass the check of KYC, and you provide multiple documents for KYC, this will for sure increase the due diligence time.

We recognize that in the past we have not been active in public forums but that is changing, and we are committed to being more responsive moving forward.
If you are going to be more active without providing useful updates to these numerous cases of scam involving your exchange and Exodus wallet, then you might as well stay inactive. You keep spouting the same "we cannot go into specifics" like we don't understand that, nobody is asking that you post anything sensitive, but actual updates.

I doubt you know anything about these cases, you are just here to try and give the victims false hope. If you did know anything about where the so-called investigations are at, you would give updates on them, of course without going into anything sensitive.

Yes, we are going to be more active here, and once again we strongly advise anyone with an issue to contact us directly at support@n.exchange

Speaking more broadly and not about any particular case, one of the real challenges in our industry is that not every customer is acting in good faith. In some situations, funds can be linked to sanctioned entities, illicit activity, or attempts to conceal true ownership. When that happens, AML procedures can be lengthy and complex, sometimes involving law enforcement, and we are obligated to follow those processes even if it affects how we are perceived.

We recognize that this may cause frustration, and we accept that stronger compliance sometimes comes at the cost of reputation. But our priority will always remain adhering to the rules and regulations that govern financial transactions.

Just to clarify again here, the message posted in the other thread was referring to the more recent reply, not the original 2023 case (which was already resolved successfully).

There is no way to know who you are writing to if you just reply in a thread without quoting anyone. The quote feature is on the forum, so you can use it, and people know who you are talking to. Let's say you want to reply to my post, just click on quote and write your post, and click onthe  post button. It's that easy. That thread was solved a long time ago. If you want to reply to someone in that thread, you must quote them and then write a reply. Generally, it looks like you are replying to the original thread creators.

Thank you for this, will make sure to use it in the future so that there is no confusion.

Just to clarify again here, the message posted in the other thread was referring to the more recent reply, not the original 2023 case (which was already resolved successfully).
Nice excuse, i give it to you for at least coming back with some kind of explanation.
Sometimes AML processes require more time, as the complexity of individual cases can vary. Same applies for the resolution time of cases.
Your guys are selective scammers, i doubt it is about AML processes requiring more time, but rather you guys dragging it for months, hoping the customer gives up on their money. I am still surprised that Exodus routes swaps through this scam exchange, or are they in this together.
but let’s be clear: we will not discuss any individual case on public forums, nor will we share sensitive information here. Those conversations are handled directly through our support channels.
Nobody is requesting you post sensitive information here. The least you can do is post a genuine update that was not pre-written and addresses individual complaints.

To be clear, we would also like to see every case resolved more quickly. However, in certain situations that is not possible.

In some situations, cases may require additional time due to external reviews. For example, when transactions involve jurisdictions under international scrutiny or when law enforcement agencies request extended checks, we are legally obliged to wait for their clearance before proceeding.
