Waiting for a dip before buying is never a good way to go about your Bitcoin accumulation wether you a veteran investor or not, because by doing so you may miss a whole lot of buying opportunities, if you have gotten to that over accumulation status and you feels like their is no need for consistent investment in Bitcoin, then it's ok, but if you haven't gotten up to that level of over accumulation stage, you have no reason to wait for the dip because you will be wasting valuable opportunities to add up to your stash that has been stagnant due to waiting, so in my own opinion, waiting for the dip before buying is never a good way for any Bitcoin Investor that hasn't gotten up to that over accumulation status.

Bitcoin has long been considered a long-term investment by most investors with larger sums of money, and now this trend is spreading to several large companies and even countries, as they realize that Bitcoin is indeed a viable long-term investment and can provide greater returns for its holders. So, for individuals like us, or for everyone else out there, it's a good idea to follow the lead of many past Bitcoin investors, because we all know that Bitcoin can offer more and change everyone's life for the better if they believe in it.

And if there are still people waiting for a price drop to buy Bitcoin, or people who still doubt Bitcoin even though they know it's already so good, that means they don't really want to own Bitcoin. Therefore, I personally don't care much for such people, because they won't be able to provide much benefit to others or even themselves in life.

Imagine someone who has been waiting to buy at dip, how long does he have to wait? The earlier anyone starts investing the better.

Well it is possible that there would be no remedy to make up for the regrets, mistakes are normal in life, but what would be more important is trying to move on from that mistakes and make up for the opportunity missed by investing in Bitcoin and accumulating aggressively when the opportunity presents itself to do it more aggressively and also trying to be careful so we don't over do it that it will affect our Bitcoin portfolio, definitely there will be limit to a level we can get to be making our investment aggressive, but we should also understand that we've to know our limit depending our our level of discretionary income, and sometimes we might also think of increasing our discretionary income to be more aggressive in accumulation, like we can decide to cut off some expenses that might not be that necessary, like for example we can decide to reduce some expenses that goes to alcohol and cigarettes and instead of buying some expensive clothe, and clubbing we can actually decide to cut off some of that expenses and generate more discretionary income from there. Which is very important in this stage of accumulation.

Nayeb Bukele has proven once again that he is capable, even though the US has banned him from buying Bitcoin, he has not cared about it, but he has been buying Bitcoin every day like in the past. Buying Bitcoin every day is the most courageous sign of Nayeb Bukele, because the IMF, a lending institution, has also banned him from buying Bitcoin, but he has not done so.
Once again, he is stronger and more supportive of buying Bitcoin, because the people of El Salvador are working very hard to educate themselves about Bitcoin. Therefore, this is the most appropriate and strong signal for El Salvador to support the purchase of Bitcoin despite various restrictions.

Not waiting for the dip or not investing is the biggest risk. Small investments in a consistent manner can give us real results at some point. Fall is in everything, so the most important thing for the newbie is to start now and invest regularly without stopping it in this mindset. Excessive caution will often become an additional risk. Small investments at a time, keeping up with time, risk-taking mentality, and being patient for the right time can bring success. It is impossible to determine the right time for the market. If we dip in the form of DCA, we can get our assets as real assets in the future.

Those who have delayed investing in Bitcoin and thought a lot have regretted it later. I have seen many such investors who initially waited for the negative changes in the market and when the price of Bitcoin was at the level that investors considered to be the highest level and thinking it was the highest level, they did not invest there, they just waited. But after waiting, when they saw that the price of Bitcoin was not decreasing but rather gradually increasing, they regretted why they did not invest in Bitcoin at that time.

In fact, if we think so much, investing in Bitcoin will never be possible, since we know the easiest and most reliable strategy of investment, so we only have to start investing in Bitcoin with a certain amount and maintain the continuity of investment based on our income, but it will be seen that as investment has become much easier for us, we have a different sense of responsibility towards this investment. 

For most investors, getting started is the hardest step, but if you start investing by considering this difficult step as easy, then continuing to invest consistently becomes an easy matter.

I will advise you accumulate bitcoin at anytime if you have your discretionary to do so using the DCA strategy.

Each of us has to figure out our own best interests within such context, including in the context in which the reglatory environment of our location might have varying levels of friendliness (or unfriendliness).  Many folks who were active in bitcoin in 2016 and 2017 may well have had realized that a lot of Chinese citizen's were screwed out of the 2017 price run up, including that many Chinese located exchanges had to shut down their operations and even lock client funds during a process in which Chinese legislators were trying to figure out how the funds of such citizens were going to be treated.  Sure some of them may have been able to resolve their situation, and maybe some of the richer ones may have also engaged in some kind of "offer to pay higher fees" in order to have their bitcoin released to them instead of going through what was described formally as some kind of a KYC process (sometimes referred to as shotgun KYC - which largely is a surprise KYC that is imposed in order to unlock funds)..
