This email I've received today from recovery mail of bcgame. As you can see, it's essentially a repetition of their previous vague claims, offering no new information, no evidence, and completely ignoring my direct questions regarding the alleged "multi-account" or specific details of a "breach." That's crazy that they CAN'T provide any direct information regarding MY account to ME. Please, for your own sake, do NOT play here. You risk ending up in precisely this kind of nightmare. You play, you win, you lose, but the moment you try to withdraw a sum larger than usual, your account is instantly locked. Then you're left waiting for half a year because their "support center" is an absolute disaster. You search for help on forums completely unrelated to BC.Game, and then, only through the incredible dedication of individuals like @holydarkness (to whom I am immensely grateful – this person has fundamentally changed how this situation is being addressed), you finally get some movement. Only to be told you're a "multi-accounter" – oh, how could I have forgotten my other accounts, what an idiot I must be! (accounts that, of course, DO NOT EXIST). And this struggle to get my own funds back has now been going on for, I repeat, HALF A YEAR. Learn from my terrible experience. Thank you.

Our security team flagged the account for possible breach and multi-account. This decision, we afraid, is final.

I must unequivocally state that I find these new accusations of "multi-account" to be completely baseless and utterly false. This is a grave and unfounded accusation. I have never operated more than one account with BC.Game, nor have I engaged in any activity that would constitute a "multi-account" violation.

Furthermore, regarding the "possible breach" and "unauthorized access" claim, you have still failed to provide any specific details or evidence. Now you add "multi-account" without any substantiation. These are serious allegations that demand concrete proof and transparent explanation, not just vague statements.

My only action was a legitimate attempt to withdraw my own funds from my single, legitimate account. I have diligently provided all requested verification information multiple times, which should confirm my identity and legitimate ownership.

To simply declare the decision "final" without presenting a single piece of evidence to support these severe claims, while simultaneously holding my funds, is completely unacceptable and appears to be a clear attempt to avoid paying out legitimate winnings.

I demand that you provide immediate and specific evidence for both the alleged "possible breach" AND the "multi-account" claim. Without such evidence, your decision is arbitrary and constitutes a refusal to return my rightful funds.

I think that kind of evidence can't be provided for public consumption due to their private nature and it probably also contain the casino's detection algorithm. If you don't mind, I'll be your eyes and get them to explain further about this verdict along with their supporting evidence?

I hear you on this one. They've made the exact same claim against me, but on the poker site, which isn't even a platform that one would want more than a single account.

I made an account on there, played for a few weeks, and then it was just frozen. Few weeks later i was accused of multi accounting, with zero communication from then, i got told by Holy.

They are quite literally just crooks and thieves, and i seriously fear your money has just been stolen.

Yes, I've heard from them, and were talking with them about it. Uhh... though my contact is re-inquiring to the security department, I think it's not as easy as it looks. Do you remember the situation when you made that withdrawal? New device? When you're abroad, perhaps? Anything that you think can help us understand why you tripped their alarm and triggered the lock?

Thanks for update. I was using my own device, an iPhone 12 Pro. No new devices were involved. I was at home, in my own apartment. I was not abroad. The only thing that might be considered a variable is the use of a VPN. My internet provider blocks access to the BC.Game website, so I've always used a VPN to access it. However, I've consistently used this VPN for all my activities on the site, and it has never caused any issues or alarms before.

I also want to add that I am currently in Ukraine and have not left the country since 2021. Due to the current full-scale war, a travel restriction is in place for males aged 18-60 (which applies to me), preventing departure from the country. I can provide any evidence that might help in resolving my problem.

​It's quite strange that they can't find a ticket under my UID, as I specifically included my User ID in the subject line of my emails, and also mentioned it in the body of at least one other email.

holydarkness, apologies for the oversight, but I just realized I forgot to include one crucial detail regarding my account's blocking.

My account became unavailable specifically after I attempted to withdraw funds in FIAT (UAH). If I recall correctly, I initiated the withdrawal before going to sleep, and by morning, I discovered that the funds had not arrived and my account was blocked.

Hello Bitcointalk community,

I am writing to share a severe issue I'm experiencing with BC.Game casino and urgently seek advice from anyone who might have faced a similar situation or knows how to help.

For the past six months, my BC.Game account has been completely inaccessible. Every time I attempt to log in, I am immediately met with a pop-up message stating: "Your account is temporarily unavailable. Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance. support@bc.game". At the time this issue began, there was approximately $750 USD (around 31,505 UAH) in my account. These funds remain completely out of my reach.

Despite their own message directing me to customer service, all my attempts to resolve this have been met with silence. I have sent around 5 emails to their official support address, support@bc.game and recovery@bcgame.com, over this six-month period. I have not received a single human written response to any of them. I also tried contacting their support team on Discord, explaining my situation. However, I was informed that they do not handle account-related issues on Discord, which effectively leaves me with no viable direct communication channel. The only 'response' I ever received was one automated email from recovery@bcgame.com, asking me to fill out a 9-point form (requesting details like my nickname, phone, proof of deposit, device used, etc.). I diligently filled out and sent back all the requested information. Yet, there was no further follow-up from BC.Game, and, bewilderingly, the original automated email requesting this form has since disappeared from my inbox. Yesterday, I again attempted to send a message to recovery@bcgame.com, and once more, I received the same automated response containing the "Account Verification Form (BC.GAME)" with the necessary points to fill out. I have filled out this form again and sent it, but at this point, I have no faith they will actually reply, which is why I am creating this topic here. Furthermore, I filed a complaint on AskGamblers, which BC.Game completely ignored; as a result, after the set time limit for their response expired, the complaint was marked as "Unresolved" and subsequently closed.

After half a year, my account remains blocked, my funds are inaccessible, and BC.Game continues to provide no communication or explanation. This situation is unresolved and concerning.

What am I supposed to do in a situation like this? Has anyone else experienced such a complete lack of support from BC.Game? Are there any specific steps, contacts, or strategies you can recommend for resolving an account block and recovering funds when a casino simply ceases communication?

I have screenshots and evidence of my login attempts and the ignored emails, and I am prepared to provide these if needed to support my case.

Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Please be cautious when dealing with BC.Game, as my experience indicates significant issues with customer support when problems arise.
